Description

You will own and manage the integration architecture for the Human Capital Management (Workday) solution.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define the HCM integration architecture strategy and roadmap in coordination with the Integration Center of Excellence.
• Develop integration standards ensuring seamless connectivity with partners, vendors, and customers while maintaining security compliance.
• Support the creation of standards-based integration architectures, solutions, and patterns.
• Collaborate with Project Management and Service Management leaders to monitor and govern proposed integrations.
• Provide technical best practices and coaching on architecture processes and development methodologies across the delivery lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in integration architecture.
• Expertise in HCM integration architecture.
• Ability to analyze alternatives and implement systems responsive to organizational requirements.
• Experience performing in outsourced and managed services environments.
• Ability to oversee multiple technology initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong consulting and communication skills to influence stakeholders across IT and business units.
• Capacity to provide consultation regarding policy and security implications for enterprise infrastructure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Workday HCM integrations.
