Description

Define and manage Boomi runtime infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and optimal performance across hybrid cloud environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and configure Boomi Atoms, Molecules, and Atom Clouds for scaling, data residency, and high availability.
• Determine CPU, memory, and storage requirements to optimize throughput and prevent bottlenecks.
• Enforce enterprise security standards, data encryption, and compliance mandates (HIPAA, SOC 2, FedRAMP) within runtime environments.
• Establish CI/CD frameworks for automated deployments, testing, version control, and environment separation.
• Set up application performance monitoring (APM) and alerting rules for JMX metrics and infrastructure health.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in IT with 5+ years dedicated to Boomi architecture.
• Deep expertise in Boomi platform components: Integrate, Master Data Hub, APIM, and Flow.
• Proficiency in deploying architectures across AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI.
• Scripting skills in Java, Groovy, and JavaScript.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of messaging protocols (JMS) and database/SQL management.
• Boomi Certification (Developer, Administrator, or Architect).

Preferred Skills

• TOGAF framework certification.
• Ability to mentor junior developers and act as a trusted advisor.
