Description

You will manage Financial Planning and Analysis activities to drive business decisions and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, variance analytics, and financial reporting.
• Create financial models, variance analysis reports, and operational KPI dashboards.
• Ensure integrity and accuracy of all financial reporting and analysis.
• Present quantitative findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior analysts and collaborate with senior finance team members.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with Anaplan.
• Strong quantitative, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage projects independently and build stakeholder relationships.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Tableau.
• Experience with SAP (S4Hana).
