Description

You will build and support Microsoft Azure voice and chat bots to meet complex business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Microsoft Azure voice and chat bots.
• Develop, test, and deploy bot code using CI/CD pipelines.
• Create custom components using TypeScript.
• Support QA, UAT, and release phases through defect analysis and change maintenance.
• Provide regular task updates to your supervisor and manage stakeholder relationships.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of enterprise-scale Voice/Chat Bot development experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Bot Framework, Bot Composer, and Emulator.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services.
• Experience with NLP (Natural Language Processing), NLU (Natural Language Understanding), and Conversational AI.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) and web services integration.
• Experience using Git and Jenkins for version control and automation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Practical application of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in distributed environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technology discipline or equivalent experience.
