Description

Build and support Microsoft Azure voice and chat bots to meet complex business requirements.

You will own the full lifecycle of bot development, from coding custom components to deploying through CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Microsoft Azure voice and chat bots.
• Develop, test, and deploy bot code using CI/CD pipelines.
• Create custom components using TypeScript.
• Support QA, UAT, and release phases through defect analysis and change maintenance.
• Provide regular task updates and manage stakeholder relationships.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of enterprise-scale Voice/Chat Bot development experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Bot Framework, Bot Composer, and Emulator.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services.
• Experience with NLP, NLU, and Conversational AI.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) and web services integration.
• Experience using Git and Jenkins for version control and automation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Practical application of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technology discipline or equivalent experience.
