Develop conversational AI virtual assistants and enterprise-grade bots for high-traffic, real-time applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale application infrastructure and database systems.
• Develop APIs, components, and web services using REST and SOAP.
• Analyze business requirements and participate in solution design.
• Partner with the Kore.ai team to deliver conversational AI solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of solid development experience on open-source platforms.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript and Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Bot Framework.
• Proficiency with Dialogflow, Rasa, or Botpress.
• Experience building IVR bots using Genesys or CISCO.
• Working knowledge of JSON, Redis, and MongoDB.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and WebSockets.
