You bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution by designing functional solutions for complex business processes.

Responsibilities

• Assess business requirements and collaborate with end users to streamline processes for maximum business value.
• Define, write, and review functional process documents aligned with business requirement documents.
• Translate product roadmap features into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional designs.
• Review UAT test cases and partner with execution teams to complete user acceptance testing.
• Manage functional processes for multiple projects and lead a team of functional analysts.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience providing IT solutions to complex business problems.
• Deep knowledge of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), finance, cost management, and manufacturing business processes.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Service Now, O365 suite, and Java technology.
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proven ability to plan and report on projects using project management tools and risk management techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours to support global customers and teams across different time zones.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of the semiconductor industry.
