Description

You will act as a BPM expert and individual contributor focused on Alfresco Content Services development and platform initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop applications on Alfresco Content Services by creating custom models and behaviors to meet specific requirements.
• Design and build Alfresco applications and sites, including assisting with image migrations from legacy platforms.
• Implement BPM solutions and participate in infrastructure and DevOps initiatives for platform integrations.
• Create proof of concepts (POCs) for new prospects and ensure the quality of delivered solutions.
• Collaborate with business and operations teams on business process improvement and re-engineering projects.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of related IT experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Extensive experience with Alfresco Content Services and running Alfresco in containerized environments.
• 4+ years of experience designing and developing applications using BPM tools.
• Proficiency in Java, J2EE, JavaScript, and Angular.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate, JDBC, JMS, and RESTful Web services.
• Experience with JBOSS Application Server and RDBMS.
• Proficiency in SQL with working knowledge of Aurora, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Experience with iterative development methodologies.
• Any BPM Certification.
