Description

You will lead end-to-end process optimization initiatives to improve organizational efficiency and mitigate risks.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and potential risks.
• Design and implement redesigned processes that align with organizational goals and optimize performance.
• Manage process improvement projects from initiation to closure using Agile or traditional methodologies.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to build consensus and drive successful change management.
• Utilize data analytics to measure process performance and assess the impact of improvements.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Process Consultant or in a similar role.
• Expertise in process analysis, design, and improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in BPMN and BPMN 2.0 for modeling and documentation.
• Strong application of Six Sigma principles, including DMAIC and DFSS.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
• Proven ability to lead change initiatives and manage complex projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
