You will lead end-to-end process optimization and business transformation initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement redesigned processes that align with organizational goals and optimize performance.
• Manage process improvement projects from initiation through closure, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels to gain consensus and support for process changes.
• Apply data analytics to measure process performance and assess the impact of improvements.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience as a Process Consultant or in a similar role.
• Expertise in process analysis, design, and improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency with BPM tools and modeling standards including BPMN and BPMN 2.0.
• Strong application of Six Sigma principles and tools such as DMAIC and DFSS.
• Proven ability to manage complex project lifecycles.
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence executives and team members.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
