Description

You manage project execution, standards, and portfolio-level reporting for cross-functional initiatives within Sales.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish project standards and processes across the program portfolio.
• Own project-level execution, including reporting and cross-portfolio impact assessments.
• Manage end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including writing test scripts, managing triage calls, and following up on ticket resolution.
• Track and manage project risks, actions, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions to gather lessons learned from business and IT groups.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience managing complex, highly integrated projects with a technical component.
• Deep understanding of project, program, and portfolio planning and delivery.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and Iterative release and change management processes.
• Proven ability to write user stories and test scripts.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for root cause analysis and actionable insights.
• Experience managing competing priorities in a global, matrixed environment.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• PMI/PMP certification.
• Agile certification.
