Description

You will lead partner enablement and onboarding efforts across all product lines within the WW Business Process Re-Engineering Product Operations Team.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing and logistics partner integration projects in coordination with global and regional teams.
• Craft and implement the next generation partner integration and collaboration platform.
• Develop, maintain, and execute a partner onboarding roadmap impacting existing and new product lines.
• Coordinate global project management efforts to support business process and system integration for manufacturing and logistics partners.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience working at the intersection of supply chain/logistics and technology.
• Proven experience in cross-functional portfolio and global program or project management.
• Technical understanding of enterprise software and integration technologies including EDI, API, Web-services, FTP, and web portals.
• Deep understanding of electronics industry supply chain processes: design, manufacturing, logistics, and reverse flow.
• Experience managing Asia and India suppliers/partners in an outsourced supply chain model.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to deliver large-scale initiatives involving high levels of complexity and ambiguity.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree (MBA) in Business, IT, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering.
• Professional certifications: PMP, CPIM, CSCP, CPSM, or SC Pro.
• Hands-on manufacturing/supply chain experience in the electronics industry or supply chain consulting.
• Additional language fluency.
