Description

You will lead the BPS technical team while managing core enterprise platform operations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Provide system administration support for the VITA Box enterprise site, managing day-to-day application administration and content management.
• Uphold and maintain the VITA Box Enterprise ID, coordinating with Customers and Box on new release testing and deployment.
• Administer user and group access, including adding/removing users, managing settings, and converting unmanaged users to managed users.
• Manage enterprise settings related to global security, encryption, device trust, content sharing, and notifications.
• Provide customer insights on Box platform usage analytics and manage enterprise platform sandboxes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years administering VITA Box enterprise site and application administration.
• 5+ years managing user and group administration within the Box environment.
• 5+ years supporting document collaboration, file management, and content search across the site.
• 5+ years working with Box, Box Skills, Box AI, Box Shield, Box Governance, and Box Relay.
• 5+ years providing system administration support for the VITA Box Enterprise ID.
• 5+ years managing enterprise settings for security, encryption, and content sharing.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years experience with C#, Java, PHP, Python, Ruby, PowerShell, or REST API.
• 3+ years experience with RPA (UiPath), PowerShell, Active Directory, Accounts Provisioning and Deprovisioning, Service Now, Messaging, or DNS.
