You will serve as the primary face of our AI shopping tool and the first point of contact for customers and store teams.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers entering the store to demonstrate product functionality and encourage usage.
• Assist customers through the end-to-end experience, including onboarding, item selection, and checkout completion.
• Act as the primary resource for customers and store staff to resolve issues as they arise.
• Ensure a seamless user journey for all customers interacting with the technology.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Experience working with AI technologies.
• Ability to interact comfortably with strangers in a retail environment.
• Strong communication skills for product demonstrations.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in real-time.
• Any graduate degree.
