Serve as the primary face of the AI shopping tool, managing customer engagement and store team support on-site.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers entering the store to demonstrate product functionality and encourage adoption.
• Guide customers through the end-to-end experience, including onboarding, item selection, and checkout.
• Act as the primary resource for resolving issues for both customers and store staff in real-time.
• Ensure a seamless user journey for all individuals interacting with the technology.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Experience working with AI technologies.
• Ability to interact comfortably with strangers in a retail environment.
• Strong communication skills for product demonstrations.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
• Any graduate degree.
