You serve as the primary face of Caper Cart, managing first impressions for the brand and retail partners.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers entering the store to demonstrate product functionality and encourage usage.
- Assist customers through the end-to-end shopping experience, including onboarding, item selection, and cart checkout.
- Resolve customer or cart issues immediately to act as the primary resource for shoppers and store teams.
- Gather and report customer feedback regarding their experience to the Caper team.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
- Ability to engage and communicate effectively with strangers.
- Comfort working with AI-powered hardware and technology.
- Experience in product promotion or brand representation.
- Any graduate degree.
