You serve as the primary face of Caper Cart, managing first impressions for the brand and retail partners.

Responsibilities

  • Engage customers entering the store to demonstrate product functionality and encourage usage.
  • Assist customers through the end-to-end shopping experience, including onboarding, item selection, and cart checkout.
  • Resolve customer or cart issues immediately to act as the primary resource for shoppers and store teams.
  • Gather and report customer feedback regarding their experience to the Caper team.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Ability to engage and communicate effectively with strangers.
  • Comfort working with AI-powered hardware and technology.
  • Experience in product promotion or brand representation.
  • Any graduate degree.
