Description

You will build and launch Braze campaigns across email, push, in-app, and SMS channels.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Canvas flows for lifecycle and retention use cases.
• Implement personalization and dynamic content using Liquid templating.
• Configure events, attributes, and segmentation within Braze.
• QA, troubleshoot, and optimize campaign performance metrics.
• Document all configurations for team handoff.

Required Skills

• 1-2+ years of hands-on Braze experience.
• Strong Canvas and campaign orchestration skills.
• Proficiency with Liquid templating language.
• Experience implementing messaging across at least one channel.
• Familiarity with API and JSON structures.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Ability to work independently on a contract basis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating with CDPs like Segment or mParticle.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS specifically for email rendering.
