Description

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing campaigns using the Braze platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute hands-on development for Email, Push (In-App, Web-push), and SMS campaigns and Canvases.
• Configure API triggers, custom events, custom attributes, and application settings.
• Manage campaign workflows, access management, folder hierarchies, and message centers.
• Implement IP warmup strategies and manage migration campaigns.
• Troubleshoot campaign issues and analyze digital marketing effectiveness against objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Braze.
• Expertise in Webhooks and API triggers.
• Proficiency in SMS, Email, and Push notification deployment.
• Experience with scripting languages for campaign automation.
• Strong understanding of web services, specifically REST and SOAP APIs.
• Ability to set up and manage ETL processes and dataflows.
• Experience in action campaign setup and tracking reports.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building landing pages.
• Experience integrating campaigns with external tools via SOAP and REST APIs.
