Description

Lead the technical design and implementation of Oracle Communications charging and billing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design price plans including products, discounts, and charge shares based on business pricing scenarios.
• Translate complex business requirements into functional technical designs within the BRM environment.
• Build prototypes and POCs to verify solution sanity and architectural feasibility.
• Provide effort estimations for RFP responses.
• Lead billing transformation projects within the telecom domain from an architectural or senior design perspective.

Required Skills

• 20+ years of experience in telecom billing and charging systems.
• Hands-on development experience with Oracle Communications BRM.
• Deep knowledge of BRM modules: Subscription Management, AAA, Rating & Discounting, Billing & Invoicing, and Payments & Account Receivable.
• Technical expertise in General Ledger, Collections, Integration, Roaming, and Interconnect.
• Experience with online and offline mediation processes.
• Proven track record of architecting successful billing transformation projects.
• Ability to map business pricing logic to specific BRM pricing entities.
