Description

You will manage and execute technical requirements for the Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) program.

Responsibilities

• Apply in-depth knowledge of the BEAD Challenge Process to relevant broadband projects.
• Manage the end-to-end project life cycle from planning through execution and closure.
• Utilize ArcGIS Online to develop mapping methods, including Experience Apps and Dashboards.
• Produce comprehensive project reports and manage multiple simultaneous initiatives.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to drive large-scale broadband deployment strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the broadband industry.
• Extensive experience working with programs funded by Federal Broadband Granting Agencies (FBGA).
• Proficient knowledge of the ArcGIS Online platform.
• Practical experience with ArcGIS Online mapping methods, Experience Apps, and Dashboards.
• Deep understanding of broadband technologies, network infrastructure, and deployment strategies.
• Proven experience in project management for large-scale broadband initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Expertise in the BEAD Challenge Process.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other geographic information systems (GIS) and related software.
• Previous experience working with federal or state government agencies on broadband initiatives.
• Familiarity with federal and state broadband grant programs and reporting requirements.
• Project management or GIS-related certifications.
