The ideal candidate should have strong understanding of trading platforms, brokerage operations, SEBI regulations, data & analytics, and the ability to work closely with business and technology stakeholders to identify and drive transformation opportunities.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Understand business functions, processes, challenges, and strategic priorities across brokerage operations.
• Engage with business stakeholders to identify high-impact transformation opportunities and use cases.
• Define and prioritize initiatives across AI, analytics, automation, and data.
• Develop a 12-month business enhancement roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Assess business value, feasibility, and potential impact of proposed initiatives.
• Provide strong domain guidance to business and technology teams during solution design and implementation.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, revenue, and risk management.
