Description

Act as the primary face of the AI shopping tool within the retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to demonstrate product functionality and encourage usage.
• Assist customers through the end-to-end experience, including onboarding, item selection, and checkout.
• Resolve customer and store team issues as they arise to act as a primary resource.
• Gather and report customer feedback regarding their experience with the technology.

Required Skills

• Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with shoppers and store staff.
• Demonstrate proven ability to problem-solve and think on your feet in a retail setting.
• Maintain open availability for shifts between 10am and 8pm, seven days a week.
• Have experience working with AI-powered tools or hardware.
• Hold any graduate degree.
• Bring 5+ years of working experience.
• Be available to start ASAP.
