Description

You will act as a Business Systems Analyst coordinating between architecture, development teams, and stakeholders to drive project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and document technical requirements for development teams.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation.
• Navigate ambiguous environments to define clear project scopes.
• Maintain documentation and project tracking within Atlassian tools.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in a BSA or similar analytical role.
• Proficiency with Atlassian Jira.
• Proficiency with Atlassian Confluence.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office products and Outlook.
• Experience gathering requirements directly from technical teams.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Fiserv or payment processing systems.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
