Act as a Business Systems Analyst focused on analytics and quality certification.

Responsibilities

• Convert business requirements into functional use cases and test cases.
• Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes and manage end-to-end quality certification of changes.
• Derive insights from data to provide recommendations and motivate stakeholder action.
• Apply statistical knowledge to support A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in product, marketing, web, or related analytics fields.
• Highly proficient in SQL, GitHub, Jira, and Excel.
• Experience with Java programming.
• Strong quantitative thinking and end-to-end problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret experimental results to draw practical conclusions.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Karate, Rest Assured, or Postman functional automation frameworks.
