Description

You will design and oversee the architecture of Business Support Systems within the telecommunications domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design system integrations, data models, and API architectures for BSS platforms.
• Manage complex BSS functionalities including customer lifecycle management, billing, and order management.
• Ensure revenue assurance and product catalog integrity across integrated systems.
• Communicate technical architectural concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in BSS architectural design.
• Expertise with Oracle BSS, Amdocs, or Ericsson BSS platforms.
• Deep knowledge of billing, product catalog, and order management workflows.
• Strong proficiency in data modeling and API design.
• Experience with system integration within telecommunications environments.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies and tools.
• Proven ability in customer lifecycle management and revenue assurance.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
