Description

Design end-to-end architecture for Telco customer solutions as a Subject Matter Expert. You will own the technical response for pre-sales, drive solution delivery, and represent the company to global clients.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architecture for customer solutions while ensuring alignment with budget and time constraints.
• Support the pre-sales process by qualifying opportunities and preparing technical responses to RFPs and RFIs.
• Develop, test, and deliver product demonstrations to prospective customers and partners.
• Drive solution delivery activities across CRM, Billing, and Order Management domains.
• Represent the company as an industry SME during customer presentations and site visits worldwide.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience at a Telco or SI vendor working with full-stack BSS solutions.
• Deep domain knowledge in CRM, Order Entry/CPQ, Product Catalog, Order Management, Provisioning, and Billing/Charging/Mediation systems.
• Proficiency with industry standards: TMForum (eTOM, SID, TAM, OSS/J, MTOSI, Open API), 3GPP, MEF, ETSI, ONAP, and CNCF.
• Experience in solution delivery for Communications Service Providers in B2B and consumer markets.
• Fluent English communication skills for professional interaction at all organizational levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to travel to customer sites worldwide.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OSS/J and MTOSI interfaces.
