Design end-to-end BSS architecture for Telco customer solutions and lead technical pre-sales efforts.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architecture for customer solutions within budget and timeline constraints.
• Drive solution delivery across CRM, Billing, and Order Management domains.
• Qualify opportunities and prepare technical responses to RFPs and RFIs.
• Develop and deliver product demonstrations to prospective customers and partners.
• Represent the company as a Subject Matter Expert during global customer presentations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience at a Telco or SI vendor with full-stack BSS solutions.
• Deep domain knowledge in CRM, Order Entry/CPQ, Product Catalog, Order Management, Provisioning, and Billing/Charging/Mediation.
• Proficiency with industry standards: TMForum (eTOM, SID, TAM, OSS/J, MTOSI, Open API), 3GPP, MEF, ETSI, ONAP, and CNCF.
• Experience delivering solutions for Communications Service Providers in B2B and consumer markets.
• Fluent English communication skills for professional interaction at all organizational levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to travel to customer sites worldwide.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OSS/J and MTOSI interfaces.
