Description

You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert for OSS/BSS solutions, supporting both the sales and delivery lifecycles for telecommunications providers.

Responsibilities

• Support all phases of the sales and delivery process for BSS solutions.
• Prepare technical responses for RFPs and RFIs.
• Develop and deliver product demonstrations, including specification and testing.
• Direct presentations to prospective customers and partners using industry standards and solution knowledge.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience working at a Telco or Systems Integrator vendor.
• Proven experience delivering solutions to a Telco Provider.
• Strong technical and architectural knowledge of BSS functional areas including Channels, Customer Care, CPQ, Product Catalog, Fulfillment, Billing, and OCS.
• Demonstrated knowledge of industry standards: eTOM, SID, TAM, ITIL, OSS/j, and MTOSI.
• Expertise in Communications Service Provider business domains, including Retail, B2B, wireless, and wireline services.
• Ability to solve complex technical problems within large-scale, complex environments.
• Professional presence with the ability to interact with customers at all organizational levels.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of network technologies such as TDM/PDH, SONET/SDH, PSTN, DSL, Backbone IP, MPLS, or DWDM.
• Experience in Cloud solutions, DevOps, or large-scale mission-critical application architecture.
