Description

You will design and document efficient telecom BSS/OSS architectures, focusing on scalability, reliability, security, and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and model new architectures while evaluating technologies for business and operational support systems.
• Analyze existing systems and collaborate with Frontend and Security Architects to recommend improvements.
• Research emerging technologies to identify opportunities for technical enhancements.
• Align business and technology strategies by working directly with departmental leads and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with external partners including Amazon, Target, Walmart, and Apple.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in architecture roles.
• Deep domain knowledge in Telecom BSS/OSS end-to-end integration.
• Expertise in customer onboarding, sales buyflow, order fulfillment, billing, payment, and supply chain management.
• Experience with network provisioning and product catalog systems.
• Technical proficiency in PCRF, discount, quotation, refund, and charging processes.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices design patterns.
• AWS Solutions Architect certification.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services: Lambda, SQS, SNS, Kafka, API Gateway, ECS, EC2, Security, Firewalls, and Authentication.
• Proficiency with enterprise architecture tools such as Lucidchart, Draw.io, or Figma.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with EA frameworks like TOGAF.
