Description

Provide onsite technical support for BSS systems in Philadelphia. Own the resolution of complex technical issues within wireless engineering environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis on technical incidents and system failures.
• Manage BSS, eSIM, and PSIM related workflows and operations.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to BSS infrastructure and eSIM technologies.
• Provide direct technical support for wireless engineering environments.
• Document technical findings and solution paths for future reference.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or wireless engineering.
• Hands-on experience with BSS systems and management.
• Proficiency with eSIM technologies and lifecycle management.
• Experience managing PSIM systems and workflows.
• Strong root cause analysis and debugging skills.
• Background in wireless engineering principles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years tenure in previous technical support roles.
