Architect business functional solutions for telecom operators, focusing on customer data, billing, and operational processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions for Billing, Customer Order Management, Fulfillment, and Service Assurance domains.
• Propose TM Forum Open Digital Architecture (ODA) roadmaps for the Billing domain.
• Develop solution designs to decommission legacy systems using homegrown solutions or COTS via TM Forum Open APIs.
• Architect components across CRM, order management, and fraud detection.
• Implement industry-standard compliance using TM Forum Open APIs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience, with a majority in the telecom industry.
• Subject matter expertise in the Telecom BSS/OSS stack.
• Deep architectural knowledge of Billing, Order Management, Product Catalog, and CRM.
• Proven experience with TM Forum frameworks, specifically eTOM, SID, TAM, and ODA.
• Hands-on experience with Order Management, SID, CRM, Product Catalog, and TAM.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with fraud detection architecture.
