Description

You will design and maintain end-to-end architecture across the BSS/OSS ecosystem, driving technical solutions for Tier 1 Telco environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop interface, process, sequence, and data flow diagrams alongside data models.
• Create and maintain the solution architecture roadmap and release iteration blueprints.
• Lead OSS transformation and IT simplification programs.
• Translate complex client requirements into BSS/OSS solutions for billing, ordering, provisioning, and inventory.
• Produce detailed technical documentation and effort estimations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in BSS/OSS architecture.
• Deep domain knowledge in Inventory, Provisioning/Activation, Order Management, and Fault/Performance management.
• Experience integrating COTS and in-house OSS/BSS platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce applications and integration with internal and external systems.
• Proficiency in API design, Pub-Sub technologies, and observability frameworks.
• Experience with cloud-native platform integrations.
• Expertise in high-speed internet and fiber optic network Telco domains.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Field Engineering and Field Ops domains.
