Build and Release Engineer

You will manage and automate the software product delivery process through CI/CD capability development and application infrastructure support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain tools for code build, deployment, and operations.
• Design solutions to resolve DevOps environment issues using existing tools and processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in both test and production environments.
• Automate development and release processes to improve DevOps operations.
• Collaborate with software engineers to ensure development follows established processes.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of development experience.
• Strong experience with scripting languages including Bash, Python, Perl, or Groovy.
• Hands-on experience with CI (Jenkins preferred) and VCS (GIT preferred).
• Practical knowledge of branching strategies.
• Experience working on Linux-based infrastructure.
• Experience with container platforms, including container engines and orchestrators.
• Working knowledge of cloud services such as AWS or Azure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with configuration or cluster management technologies like Ansible.
• Experience with Scrum development techniques.
• Experience with highly scalable and distributed infrastructure.
