Description

You will own the build infrastructure, debugging failures, and improving developer productivity tooling.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Debug and analyze build failures to identify root causes and implement effective resolutions.
• Build, maintain, and continuously improve infrastructure for source code repositories, build tools, and deployment pipelines.
• Establish and maintain agile development toolsets, such as Azure DevOps, to streamline workflows.
• Develop and enforce processes to maintain code base integrity, including validation rules and branch/merge strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize build and deployment processes for high-quality software delivery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in build engineering and software development lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of build systems like MSBuild or Maven.
• Practical knowledge of reading and understanding C++, C#, XAML, HTML, Perl, PowerShell, SQL, and project files.
• Experience with source control systems such as Azure DevOps and GIT.
• Ability to analyze error logs and troubleshoot complex build issues.
• Familiarity with enterprise monitoring and helpdesk systems.
• Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly and adapt under pressure.
