Description
You will manage sales operations across the Eastern region for the industrial segment, focusing on non-foundry sectors.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and profitability within Steel & metallurgy, Refractory, and Ceramics sectors.
- Develop and execute long-term business strategies for the region in alignment with global and local policies.
- Identify decision-makers and build high-value relationships to expand existing accounts and acquire new customers.
- Provide pre-sales support through customer visits, presentations, and trade shows.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of orders.
Required Skills
- 9-12 years of sales experience within the industrial segment.
- Deep understanding of production processes in Steel & metallurgy, Refractory, and Ceramics.
- Proven track record in Business Strategy Planning and execution.
- Experience delivering technical presentations to industrial clients.
- Ability to identify and explore new market opportunities and product applications.
- B.E/B.Tech degree required.
Preferred Skills
- MBA or PGDBA in Marketing.
- Formal training in Professional Selling Skills.
- Experience living or working outside of the Eastern region.
