You will capture, structure, and communicate complex technical information to support network operations, engineering teams, and executive stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Author and maintain technical content including Service Management Plans (SMPs), KPI catalogs, process runbooks, playbooks, and technical network diagrams.
• Translate technical concepts regarding DOCSIS, PON, virtualization, telemetry, and AI/automation into audience-appropriate language.
• Develop layered documentation frameworks covering physical, logical, and customer experience perspectives.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and program managers through interviews and workshops to ensure technical accuracy.
• Establish documentation standards, templates, and style guides aligned with CableLabs, SCTE, and NCTA standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing and business administration, preferably in a project management environment.
• Technical domain knowledge of DOCSIS, PON, virtualization, telemetry, AI/automation, and HFC/DAA architectures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into executive-friendly summaries and visuals.
• Experience with structured thinking and layering content for multiple technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of PMP, CAPM, CableLabs, SCTE, NCTA, and Project Management frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of content management systems and document control.
• Experience using project management software.
