You will manage technology projects and develop repeatable processes for business line consolidation across multiple departments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive technology projects to completion while adhering to budgets, business plans, and established requirements.
• Analyze and evaluate business line processes to prepare for future business area mergers.
• Lead teams of technologists and business resources to establish repeatable consolidation templates and processes.
• Develop project schedules, identify staffing needs, and manage the procurement of vendor products and implementation services.
• Monitor and report on project KPIs and KRIs through dashboards, metrics, and regular leadership updates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proven experience managing merger and acquisition projects.
• Experience using organizational change management procedures.
• Ability to identify key resources and decision-makers within complex business areas.
• Competency in breaking down and merging business processes across IT, HR, Finance, and Legal.
• Skill in gathering requirements, building project plans, and managing resource needs.
• Experience managing shifting priorities driven by legislative or departmental direction.
• Ability to manage up and communicate clearly with top-level leadership.
• Proficiency in project tracking, analysis, and quality standard adherence.

Preferred Skills

• DOM-DoIT proficiency.
