Roles and Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Support stakeholder management by coordinating with business users and technical teams.
• Analyze, validate, reconcile, and assess data using reporting and analytics tools.
• Work with large datasets, data warehouses, and reporting platforms to generate insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau.
• Use Python and SQL to perform data analysis and support reporting requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support delivery within Agile frameworks.
• Assist in impact analysis, testing support, and validation of delivered solutions.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience in business analysis including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Tableau for developing dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Good knowledge of Python for data analysis and reporting support.
• Experience in SQL for data querying, validation, and reconciliation.
• Ability to analyze, validate, and assess data using reporting and analytics tools.
• Experience working with large datasets, data warehouses, and reporting platforms.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and systems.
• Good communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field
