You will translate business needs into technical requirements and guide development teams to successful delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering workshops with Product Owners to define system needs and identify improvements.
• Create user stories with clear acceptance criteria for the development team.
• Conduct requirement grooming sessions to communicate business needs and system specifications.
• Validate that implemented solutions meet defined business requirements.
• Manage project plans, monitor performance, and guide junior staff.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant business analysis experience.
• Experience with cloud-based web application development.
• Proficiency in SQL Server administration.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Excellent documentation, planning, and time management capabilities.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate on solutions.
• Experience leading high-performing teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working directly with Product Owners in Agile environments.
• Track record of successfully completing complex projects and commitments.
