Description

You will implement credit strategies onto a target state decision engine to modernize and scale lending platforms.

Responsibilities

• Transform credit policy strategies into testable solutions within a low-code decision platform.
• Collaborate with product managers, credit analysts, and engineers to define requirements.
• Implement low-code solutions and automated tests within a scrum team.
• Develop technical documentation, test cases, process diagrams, and demos.
• Resolve complex business, data, and technical challenges through research and analysis.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in financial services or strategy-based decision-making platforms.
• 5+ years using credit decision tools such as PowerCurve, IBM ODM, Drools, FICO Blaze, Zoot, or Provenir.
• 3+ years of core programming knowledge in JavaScript or Python for integration logic.
• Strong understanding of data structures and proficiency in SQL.
• Experience working in a mature DevOps environment and knowledge of cloud deployment.
• Experience working within a scrum framework.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related statistical field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience specifically with Provenir.
