Description

You will implement credit strategies onto a target state decision engine to modernize and scale lending platforms.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Transform credit policy strategies into testable solutions within a low-code decision platform.
• Implement low-code solutions and automated tests as part of a scrum team.
• Develop technical documentation, test cases, process diagrams, and demos for credit policy implementations.
• Provide research, analysis, and problem resolution for complex business, data, and technical challenges.
• Collaborate with product managers, credit analysts, and engineers to align on requirements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in financial services or organizations utilizing strategy-based decision-making platforms.
• 5+ years of experience with credit decision tools such as PowerCurve, IBM ODM, Drools, FICO Blaze, or Zoot.
• 3+ years of core programming knowledge in JavaScript or Python to implement integration logic.
• Strong fundamental understanding of data structures.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Exposure to machine learning execution and related analytical tools.
• Knowledge of cloud deployment processes and experience in a mature DevOps environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Provenir.
