Responsibilities

• Develop executive-ready deliverables, including decks, frameworks, and narratives.
• Implement changes and support adoption independently.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in management consulting, strategy, or organizational transformation.
• Expertise in change, transformation, and operating model design.
• Proven ability to redesign business processes or improve operating models.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-structuring skills.
• Proficiency in Business Analysis methodologies.
• Experience creating executive-ready documentation.
• Demonstrated track record of driving and supporting change implementation.
