Description

You will analyze the impact of M365 product updates within the Government Community Cloud (GCC) environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor M365 product updates in the GCC to assess tenant impact.
• Review configuration options to ensure alignment with client standards, policies, and licensing.
• Create technical documentation, recommendations for decision makers, and end-user job aids.
• Participate in working sessions with client M365 product teams and Microsoft resources.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or related technical roles.
• Direct experience with M365 administration and configuration.
• Hands-on experience configuring and administering M365 within Microsoft GCC.
• Proven ability to investigate how product changes affect enterprise M365 implementations.
• Experience creating and managing content in SharePoint and Teams.
• Proficiency in preparing technical documentation for stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft productivity tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of MySQL, JavaScript, and GCC.

Preferred Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
