Description

You will lead end-to-end business analysis activities, owning requirement gathering and documentation for project initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to support technical specifications.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
• Leverage Generative AI tools to optimize business processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Support reporting and analytics initiatives, providing insights into business performance.
• Mentor junior analysts and maintain clear communication of requirements and outcomes.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of experience in business analysis within IT or technology-driven environments.
• Strong expertise in requirement gathering, documentation, and preparing FRDs/BRDs.
• Proficiency with Generative AI (Gen AI) solutions to improve business processes.
• Experience with AWS cloud platforms and reporting analytics.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience leveraging AI/Gen AI solutions to improve business processes.
• Exposure to reporting, analytics, and cloud platforms (AWS).
