You will own production support and validation testing for critical systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Convey complex technical information clearly to diverse stakeholders and team members.
• Analyze data and database structures to support production deployments.
• Collaborate with teams to improve existing system architectures.
• Perform validation testing and troubleshoot issues during flexible weeknight and weekend schedules.
• Quickly learn new applications and technologies to support ongoing operations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in business analysis or related technical roles.
• Proficiency in SQL, Dremio, and Snowflake for data analysis and querying.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
• Ability to understand system architecture and data flows.
• Flexible availability for weeknight and weekend production deployments.
• Any Graduate degree.

• Coding experience to enhance contribution to technical tasks.
