Description

You will serve as the key liaison between government stakeholders and technical teams to drive digital transformation initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with government stakeholders to define business processes, identify pain points, and align on project objectives.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions through workshops, interviews, and walkthroughs.
• Prepare and maintain BRS, FRS, SRS, and Use Case documentation.
• Map AS-IS and TO-BE processes to support re-engineering and transformation efforts.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by creating test cases and validating system outputs.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, e-Governance, or Public Sector projects.
• Hands-on experience working with government stakeholders and departments.
• Proficiency in creating process flows, data flow diagrams, and user manuals.
• Experience using tools such as MS Visio, Balsamiq, Figma, or Jira.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with government workflows, policies, and digital governance standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
