Description

You will bridge the gap between business value identification and technical solution implementation for large-scale enterprise projects.

Responsibilities

• Define business, functional, and technical requirements, including process flow mappings for epics and stories.
• Facilitate workshops to elicit requirements, document outcomes, and manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
• Support sprint planning, backlog definition, and the breakdown of epics into actionable user stories.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to verify that code, deployments, and solutions meet business requirements.
• Create data flow diagrams, training materials, and drive client meetings for demos and end-user training.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience delivering complex business or technology solutions from design to end-to-end implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Admin, configuration, and validation of rules and workflows.
• Proven experience in technical business analysis within consulting and digital transformation environments.
• Proficiency in SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with data modeling, system design, user interface design, and prototyping.
• Ability to model current and future business processes and determine business result metrics.
• Salesforce Admin Certification and Consulting Cloud Certification (Sales, Service, or Community).
• CBAP Certification.
