Description

You will lead business evaluation, planning, and process improvement for immunization program operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review business systems and service delivery methods to identify resource gaps and recommend improvements.
• Conduct detailed studies to define problems within administrative practices, workflows, and business processes.
• Develop management and workflow reporting tools by compiling and analyzing statistical information.
• Coordinate with program and IT staff during the discovery, development, and implementation of program systems.
• Prepare solution options, risk identifications, and financial analyses including cost/benefit, ROI, and buy/build assessments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and evaluation.
• Strong background in business process reengineering and industry-standard process mapping.
• Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proven ability to perform financial analyses such as ROI and cost/benefit studies.
• Capability to develop procedures, workflows, and management reporting tools.
• Experience in identifying program functions and assessing resource requirements for future staffing.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision using independent judgment.
