Description

You will lead research, analysis, and the development of business workflows and system processes while serving as a Certificate to Proceed (CP) Writer.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define business and functional needs.
• Own the initiation, planning, writing, and rewriting of Capital Projects CPs and proposal sections.
• Develop supporting analysis documentation, including data dictionaries, high-level design documents, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers to secure sign-off on requirements and user acceptance testing.
• Translate technical concepts into clear text and review design documentation created by other analysts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business requirement gathering, project management, testing, and system workflow creation.
• 4+ years of experience in proposal and/or CP writing.
• 4+ years of demonstrated practice using MS Visio for flowcharting.
• 4+ years of experience in research and business analysis for client services and system enhancement.
• 4+ years of experience writing user documentation, testing scripts, training materials, and manuals.
• 3+ years of demonstrated practice using MS Project.
• 1+ year of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience in system planning, testing, piloting, and implementation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IT Asset Management, IT Service Management, IT Business Management, or ITIL methodologies.
• Knowledge of using TOAD or other tools for data analysis.
• Working knowledge of large-scale system integration and implementation.
