Description

You will act as a Subject Matter Expert for UKG Pro WFM, Advanced Scheduler, HRSD, and Ga@Work, managing data integrity, system configuration, and customer solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze information to determine customer requirements and concerns.
• Perform systems integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as assigned.
• Manage data imports and exports, conducting quality assurance and data integrity checks.
• Maintain and update configuration structures, reference materials, and lookup tables based on business changes.
• Resolve customer inquiries and collaborate with IT stakeholders to provide solutions.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of business analyst experience in an enterprise system supporting 4000+ employees.
• Expert user proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Applications.
• Demonstrated experience on a project team responsible for enterprise-level data migration or rollout.
• Strong documentation, problem-solving, and customer follow-up skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification (must upload active certification).
